As soon as Dean saw Castiel Novak, he knew he had to have him.
Castiel was standing at the side of the hall, hugging the wall, looking out of place and very beautiful. Dean liked checking out the new talent. It was always worth it to get in early and have a look at the new intake. That way Dean got the pick of them before anyone else and this time he’d picked Castiel. He made a beeline straight for him.
“Hey,” he said, leaning against the wall next to Castiel, smiling at the younger man. “I’m Dean Winchester, I’m studying engineering. Need someone to show you around?”
“Castiel Novak, history,” Castiel said, shifting his books so he could offer Dean a hand to shake. “I’d like that.”
