What is fear?
Fear is pain, hurt, and loss of control.
Fear also showed me where I needed to grow.
The day I ran away..
I left behind the smoke and fire of trauma.
I ran towards the fog and fear of the unknown.
I made my way thru without knowing direction.
Eventually, I found myself on the other side in sunshine and clarity.
